Job Overview

NoBroker is seeking a motivated and dynamic Fresher Human Resources professional to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position will involve working alongside various departmental stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations, focusing on employee engagement, talent acquisition, and overall HR management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making across HR functions.
  • Effective talent acquisition skills to attract and hire the best candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Capability in compliance management to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems to help evaluate and improve employee performance.
  • Proficiency in using Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for efficient HR operations and data management.
  • Conflict resolution skills to mediate disputes and maintain a harmonious workplace atmosphere.
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to promote an inclusive company culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to increase morale and reduce turnover.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining updated employee records and relevant HR documentation.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate training and development programs in line with the company's learning objectives.
  • Contribute to the HR analytics function by collecting data and generating regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and industry standards in all HR practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive DEI initiatives across the organization.
