We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role will involve overseeing the integration, customization, and optimization of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, while ensuring a seamless experience between Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and eCommerce solutions. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales growth by leveraging Salesforce's powerful ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Commerce Cloud Expertise :

- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform for eCommerce solutions.

- Integrate SFCC with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to enhance cross-functional workflows and streamline customer interactions.

- Ensure the eCommerce platform provides a seamless, scalable, and personalized shopping experience for customers.

Sales Cloud Management :

- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure Salesforce Sales Cloud meets business requirements, driving efficiencies in sales processes.

- Optimize Sales Cloud features like lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.

- Provide technical guidance on the customization and configuration of Sales Cloud to align with business goals.

Service Cloud Support :

- Work closely with customer service teams to configure and optimize Service Cloud, improving customer service processes and case management.

- Integrate SFCC with Service Cloud to provide consistent and effective customer service and support.

- Implement features like knowledge base, live chat, and case management workflows to enhance service operations.

System Integration & Data Management :

- Oversee the integration of third-party systems and applications with Salesforce platforms, ensuring smooth data flow across Sales, Service, and Commerce Cloud environments.

- Manage data integrity and synchronization between Salesforce systems and other business-critical platforms.

Customization & Development :

- Develop and deploy custom features on Salesforce Commerce Cloud using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Customize Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud pages, reports, dashboards, and workflows to align with business needs.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer service teams, to identify requirements and deliver Salesforce-based solutions.

- Participate in sprint planning and agile development processes, collaborating with other developers and product owners.

Training & Support :

- Provide ongoing training and support for Salesforce users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

- Proven experience with integrating SFCC with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.

Skills :

- Expertise in eCommerce development and integration with CRM platforms.

- Ability to customize and configure Salesforce systems to meet business requirements.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and data integration tools.

Certifications :

- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification (preferred).

- Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud certifications (preferred).

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Other :

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
