About AonxiAonxi is a Revenue Operating System™ built for real businesses - not startups that guess.We turn everyday customer conversations into self-optimizing marketing systems that deliver ROI Positive in 60–90 days.We hit $2M ARR in our first 30 days - bootstrapped and profitable.Now, we’re scaling across the U.S. to help every local business grow on proof, not promises.The MissionCreate visual stories that make small business owners stop scrolling, pay attention, and act.As an Aonxi Graphic Designer, you’ll transform ideas, insights, and conversations into high-impact visuals that power our brand, ads, product, and client campaigns - all built to convert, not just look pretty.What You’ll DoDesign high-impact marketing collateral: posters, social graphics, ads, logos, landing page assets, and more.Bring Aonxi’s visual identity to life across brand, sales, and product touchpoints.Use Adobe Creative Suite at an expert level (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects preferred).Leverage AI-powered creative tools (Gemini, Envato, Kling AI, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate production and push creativity.Interpret briefs from marketing, sales, and product teams into visuals that connect with the U.S. SMB audiences.Maintain a fast, high-quality content pipeline - efficient, organized, and always on-brand.Create visual experiments to support performance marketing and rapid A/B testing.Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure consistency and clarity across all designs.Contribute to building Aonxi’s visual playbook as we scale to 10,000+ businesses.Who You Are2–3 years of professional graphic design experience (U.S. market experience strongly preferred).Deep mastery of Adobe Creative Suite - this is your craft, not your hobby.Strong understanding of visual trends that resonate with U.S. consumers and small business owners.Highly efficient with AI creative tools - you know how to blend human artistry with machine acceleration.A portfolio that proves you can create clean, modern, commercially successful designs.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-velocity, high-accountability culture.Obsessed with clarity, storytelling, and visuals that drive ROI - not vanity aesthetics.Able to take feedback, iterate fast, and ship faster.Performance Metrics (KPIs)Turnaround time & on-time delivery of design assets.Quality and consistency of visual outputs across campaigns.Impact of creative on performance marketing results (CTR, conversion lifts, engagement).Internal team satisfaction scores (8+ average).Volume and efficiency of AI-assisted design production.Brand guideline adherence and contribution to visual identity evolution.
