What You’ll Work On:

  • Architect and build scalable backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, and prompt-driven APIs
  • Extract, compare, and generate insights from unstructured insurance documents (PDFs, contracts, tables)
  • Build AI-powered microservices that drive real-time UI experiences
  • Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and AI teams to deliver features end-

to-end

  • Mentor junior developers and lead by example on code quality and architectural

decisions

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Write clean, modular Node.js code and design for scalability and reusability
  • Have worked with LLMs (OpenAI or open-source)
  • Understand prompt engineering, chunking strategies, RAG logic, and context

optimization

  • Are comfortable with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs
  • Think product-first and enjoy working in fast-moving, high-ownership

environments

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with LangChain.js, LLM orchestration frameworks, or prompt- based workflows
  • Previous exposure to insurance, fintech, or document-heavy products
  • Hands-on with AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed

microservices

  • Interest in event-driven architecture using WebSockets, SSE, or message

queues
