We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Professional with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in export sales , preferably from a Two-wheeler industry background. The desired candidate must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Two-Wheeler and Three-wheeler batteries and market dynamics. The candidate must be a go-getter in managing Export sales operations.

The position will be based in our corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, Haryana – Delhi | NCR, India. Candidates from other places can apply but should be open to relocating to Gurugram, Delhi | NCR.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Two Wheelers and Three Wheelers OEMs in both low-speed and high-speed segments in Pan India.
  • The candidate will coordinate with the R&D team to develop samples.
  • Month-on-month achieve sales and revenue targets consistently.
  • Develop effective Sales strategies and implement them to create a strong sales funnel to meet monthly goals.
  • Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and executing promotional activities.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of generating sales growth preferably in Two Wheelers/ Three Wheelers sales. Lithium-Ion Battery sales or similar roles.
  • Strong Sales, Business Development, negotiation and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Two-wheeler battery products, market dynamics, and customer requirements.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales or related field.
