The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka , along with solid experience in telecom and networking domains . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services and APIs that drive our core systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java / Core Java . Build and manage microservices using Spring Boot architecture. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication across systems. Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming. Design and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL and MQL . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security standards. Work on Linux environments for development and deployment activities. Apply strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–8 years of proven experience in Java Backend Development . Strong knowledge of Core Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices Architecture . Hands-on experience with Kafka for messaging and data streaming. Familiarity with telecom and networking domain concepts. Expertise in REST API development and integration. Strong experience in PostgreSQL and MYSQL . Proficiency with Linux command-line and system-level operations. Solid understanding of object-oriented design , data structures , and algorithmic problem solving . Strong logical thinking , analytical , and debugging skills.
