High Design Studio is looking for a

Project Coordinator

to join their growing team, and plan, coordinate and keep the projects on track.

Location: Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi

Timings: 9am to 5:30pm- Monday to Friday

Vacations: 1 week summer vacation, 1 week winter vacation, 1 week Diwali vacation

Job DescriptionAs a

Project Coordinator , you

create schedules

and ensure that our

projects run smoothly . You work closely with internal teams and department managers to

monitor deadlines

and

resolve issues on time . You are responsible for preparing and maintaining short- and long-term schedules so that everyone knows what needs to be done and when.Responsibilities·

Collect and analyze

project data,

including reference projects.·

Double-check

technical, legal, and other project information.·

Coordinate

the scheduling of site visits by colleagues.·

Prepare

project reports

based on collected data.·

Ensure that project documents are

properly stored and updated .·

Process data

collected by colleagues on-site.·

Document and archive

all relevant project information and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills·

Minimum Diploma (MBA level)

in

project management·

Experience

in project coordination/management or a similar role.·

Strong planning

and

multitasking skills .·

Excellent verbal

and

written communication skills .·

Able to quickly

identify and solve issues .·

Experience with planning software and

Microsoft Office

is a plus.·

Flexible

and able to

work under pressure

and switch tasks quickly.·

2 + years of experience

in

project management or administrative roles .
