Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and conduct detailed project financial models and assessments for EV projects, including feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and risk assessments.

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations to support decision-making by stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align financial plans with technical, operational, and strategic project goals.

- Engage with financial institutions, investors, and lenders to negotiate terms and secure asset financing for EV projects, including fleet purchases, charging infrastructure, and technology development.

- Evaluate and recommend financing structures such as leases, loans, and green bonds tailored to EV-related projects.

- Manage ongoing relationships with financial institutions, ensuring compliance with financial agreements and optimal financing terms.

- Monitor trends in EV financing, government incentives, and green energy funding opportunities.

- Provide strategic insights into emerging financial solutions and recommend innovative funding mechanisms.

- Identify and leverage grants, subsidies, and tax benefits relevant to EV projects.

- Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with EV investments and financing structures.

- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks and sustainability standards.

- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address financial terms and contractual obligations.

Skill-sets & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA certification preferred.

- 5+ years of professional experience in finance, with a focus on project financing or asset financing.

- Proven expertise in the electric vehicle, renewable energy, or clean technology sector.

- Strong knowledge of EV market dynamics, financing mechanisms, and sustainability incentives.

- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and financial modeling skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
