Role: Manager – Business Intelligence Engineer

Experience: 8 – 12 Years

CTC Budget: 20 – 35 LPA + 20% Variable

Location: Ahmedabad (work from office)

Are you passionate about using data to transform decision-making and solve complex business challenges? We are looking for a Manager – Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to lead our high-performing team of BI professionals in building next-generation analytics products that fuel strategic decisions across R&D, marketing, operations, and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to blend technical expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Python with leadership skills to deliver actionable insights and scalable BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of BIEs in developing advanced analytics and visualization solutions
  • Oversee end-to-end BI development, including data pipelines (SQL, Python), dashboards (Power BI), and user training
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance standards are met across all BI initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data opportunities and align solutions with business needs
  • Conduct peer code reviews and ensure continuous learning and upskilling within the team
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in the BI ecosystem and apply them to drive innovation
  • Serve as a key contributor in Agile pods, addressing complex challenges with scalable BI solutions

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or Statistics
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics
  • Mastery in SQL, and strong expertise in Power BI or Tableau
  • Proficient in Python for data manipulation and pipeline automation
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end BI projects
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Ability to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation with business priorities
