SLP Ariba Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) Consultant with hands-on experience to lead and support supplier management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and configuration expertise in Ariba SLP, strong procurement domain knowledge, and proven experience integrating Ariba with SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Ariba SLP solutions.Configure and manage Supplier Registration and Onboarding processes, including custom questionnaires and workflows.Design and implement Supplier Qualification and Approval workflows aligned with business and compliance requirements.Configure and support Supplier Performance Management, including KPIs, scorecards, and performance evaluations.Collaborate with procurement, compliance, and risk teams to ensure effective supplier lifecycle governance.Manage and support integration between Ariba SLP and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.Work with Ariba integration tools such as Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and APIs.Ensure supplier data accuracy, compliance adherence, and risk mitigation across the supplier lifecycle.Support testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live activities.Provide functional guidance, best practices, and continuous improvement recommendations.Required Qualifications:7+ years of experience working with SAP Ariba, with a strong focus on Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP).Proven hands-on configuration experience in:Supplier Registration & OnboardingSupplier Qualification & Approval workflowsSupplier Performance ManagementStrong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management best practices.Experience integrating SAP Ariba SLP with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.Solid knowledge of Ariba integration tools, including CIG and APIs.Experience working with compliance frameworks, supplier risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
