Job Title: Associate Quality Analyst

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate-QA (Fresher) to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software development and testing processes and a keen interest in ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing and executing test cases based on project requirements.
  • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
  • Document test results and log defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA.
  • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings as part of the Agile process.
  • Learn and implement basic automation using tools like Selenium (optional).

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC .
  • Understanding of different types of testing -functional, regression, smoke, etc.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools .
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or related field.
  • Exposure to programming/scripting languages (.Net, React) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of automation tools like Selenium is a bonus.
  • Any relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) will be considered a plus.
