CONGA Specialist

As a CPQ Business Analyst, you'll be part of a global, cross-functional team implementing and optimizing our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution. You'll collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Order Management, Finance, and IT teams to streamline Quote-to-Cash processes and ensure our systems meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales, Contracts, Order Management, and Finance to understand current and future processes.
• Collaborate with IT Architects to design scalable CPQ solutions.
• Document Quote-to-Cash workflows and system architecture.
• Configure and manage CPQ components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes.
• Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts.
• Maintain system documentation and operating instructions.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
• 5+ years working with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
• Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals).
• Advanced Salesforce administration (Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder).
• Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
• Salesforce and CPQ certifications are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
