We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with a strong background in React.js and mobile development (React Native, Flutter, Hybrid/Native Android, and iOS).

This role involves leading projects, mentoring team members, and directly working with clients to deliver world-class applications.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable React.js web applications and React Native mobile apps.

- Lead frontend development efforts for multiple projects.

- Optimize application performance, ensuring high responsiveness and seamless user experience.

- Work closely with designers and backend developers to build integrated solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

- Ensure code quality, documentation, and best practices in development.

- Communicate directly with clients, understand requirements, and deliver optimal solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in frontend development.

Required Qualifications/Skills :

- 5-7+ years of experience in front-end development.

- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript.

- Advanced experience in React.js, React Native (mobile app development).

- Strong knowledge of Angular, Flutter (preferred but not mandatory).

- Hands-on experience in state management libraries like Redux, MobX, Zustand.

- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

- Experience in developing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.

- Familiarity with design patterns in frontend development.

- Experience working with native and hybrid Android/iOS apps.

- Proficiency in React Native, Flutter for cross-platform development.

- Knowledge of native mobile development tools (Android Studio, Xcode).

Other Technical Skills :

- Experience writing unit tests & end-to-end tests for frontend applications.

- Proficiency in CSS, SASS, Styled Components, and modern styling techniques.

- Experience with UI frameworks like MaterialUI, Ant Design, Bootstrap.

- Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and integrating backend services.

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

- Strong team management and mentoring skills.

- Ability to take ownership of projects and lead frontend initiatives.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred) Qualifications :

- Experience in people management and leading a development team.

- Exposure to Cloud-based development (AWS, Firebase, GCP).

- Experience working on Enterprise SaaS applications.

- Experience in backend development (Node.js, Firebase, GraphQL) is a plus.
