Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM/MM Functional Consultant with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SCM Logistics and IT Operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP MM/EWM modules, cloud/on-premise SCM tools, and the ability to support and improve end-to-end supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP MM/EWM functional support and enhancements (Level 2).
  • Support end users, testing, and local markets.
  • Analyze and resolve defects; implement change requests.
  • Drive full-cycle delivery: requirements, design, testing, deployment, hypercare.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle customer/supplier integration and migration projects.
  • Establish and maintain IT operations, change, and BAU frameworks.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP MM/EWM modules (6+ years).
  • Solid understanding of SCM/Logistics business processes (cloud & on-premise).
  • Experience with tools like Remedy, SAP OSS, and MS Office.
  • Good grasp of ITIL processes (ticketing, SLA, incident/change/problem management).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
