Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Red Hat OpenShift to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, driving project success, and ensuring the delivery of high quality solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of container orchestration and cloud native technologies, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Design, implement, and manage applications on Red Hat OpenShift, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in cloud computing and containerization.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, including installation, configuration, and management.
• Proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in software development and team leadership.
• Relevant certifications in Red Hat OpenShift or cloud technologies are a plus.
