The role requires someone who can tell stories visually, design for ads that convert, and maintain a consistent, premium brand identity across all platforms.Key Responsibilities : Creative & Storytelling DesignDevelop static and visual concepts that communicate a clear narrative, not just “aesthetic posts.”Craft high-impact ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital channels.Create visually compelling designs that stop the scroll and drive action. Brand Identity & ConsistencyMaintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms.Build structured visual systems typography hierarchy, color systems, layouts. Ad & Social Media OutputDesign static ads, reels layouts, carousels, banners, brochures, landing page graphics, and other marketing collateral.Develop multiple creative variations based on performance insights (CTR, thumb-stop rate, user behavior). Collaboration & ExecutionWork closely with marketing and content teams to execute campaign ideas.Interpret briefs into concepts, not literal instructions you’re expected to think, not just follow.Deliver creatives fast without sacrificing quality.
