- Investor Pitching & Leading Mandates: Led end-to-end investment banking mandates for clients and Series B clients. and guided startups through investor negotiations and funding strategies.

Investor Relations:

- Fundraising & Capital Strategies: Advised clients on critical fundraising strategies, including determining optimal capital raise amounts, valuations, and investor negotiations, resulting in successful funding rounds for several startups.

- Strategy and Business Development/Strategy Development & Execution:

- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Drove daily outreach efforts to fund managers, company founders, and stakeholders,

- India Entry Strategy: Led multiple projects advising foreign companies on market entry strategies, including market research ,liaisoning with local partners, and financial feasibility analysis to establish branches in India.

- Team Leadership & Development: Building a high-performing team, ensuring the right skill sets were in place to drive the company's growth and operational excellence.
