●Execute discretionary or systematic trades across your specialized asset class (gold, crypto, or FX)

●Independently manage trading strategies with disciplined risk controls and consistent performance tracking

●Monitor global macroeconomic trends, technical signals, and market sentiment

●Optimize trade execution, position sizing, and portfolio allocation to maximize risk-adjusted returns

●Collaborate with internal teams including analysts, developers, and senior traders

●Maintain accurate records of trades, rationales, and performance metrics

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

●Minimum 3-4 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 experience in gold, crypto, or forex.

●Demonstrated track record of consistent profitability with verifiable performance data

●Deep understanding of technical analysis, market microstructure, and risk management principles

●Proficiency with trading platforms such as 𝐌𝐓4/𝐌𝐓5, 𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐰, or equivalent

●Strong communication skills in English; clear articulation of trade ideas and market outlooks

 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

●Minimum 3-4 years of trading experience in forex and/or crypto markets

●Academic degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Econometrics, Computer Science, or equivalent

●Good programming skills, preferably in Python

●Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and probability

●Excellent numerical and analytical skills

●Great attention to detail

●A proactive problem-solving nature
