Position: Pro Vice-Chancellor

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: PhD in any academic discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching, research, or academic administration in higher education.
• At least 10 years must be at the level of Professor or currently serving as Pro Vice-Chancellor or equivalent .
• Leadership: Proven experience in academic planning, institutional development , policy implementation, and quality assurance—similar to the role of Dean Academic .
• Strong understanding of UGC , NAAC , and other academic regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead academic and administrative strategy aligned with the university's long-term vision.
• Oversee curriculum development , research advancement , and academic quality assurance .
• Guide and mentor faculty members while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration .
• Represent the university in key academic forums, policy platforms, and global partnerships.
• Drive institutional initiatives for national rankings, accreditation , and academic excellence .
