Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, and building and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will also be involved in sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Additionally, the Sales Executive will track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-ups. Connect with companies, corporates, and institutions to pitch and present our products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Represent the company professionally at meetings, presentations, and industry events. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets 1-3 Years of Experience Customer relationship management experience Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends Negotiation and contract management skills Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Performance Goals (KPIs) Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Number of new client accounts acquired. Quality of client relationships and retention rate. Timely reporting and pipeline management.
