A highly analytical and detail-oriented professional, skilled in partnering with the CEO to drive high-priority strategic initiatives. 2. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
3. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, excel models, and provide strategic updates for the CEO and executive team.
4. Research markets, partnership opportunities, competition, technologies, as required.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring effective coordination and timely delivery across departments.
7. Assist in decision-making by providing critical insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.
8. Monitor progress on key initiatives, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing any challenges or Proficiency in MS Office - MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Word
2. Excellent analytical ability
3. Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
4. Past experience in data reporting and SQL will be a plus
5. Extremely organized and ability to manage time and hit deadlines; open to work in a startup
6. Comfortable working in ambiguity and with changing priorities.
7. Massive attention to detail
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills ability to work in cross functional Bachelor or Master Degree ( BCom, BE, BTech, BCA, MCA, Mcom or MBA)
- 2+ years in a related field
