About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This is a remote, hourly-based contract role focused on execution and delivering measurable results for campaigns in the UAE, Dubai, and Middle East region.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns targeting the UAE, Dubai, and Middle East markets.
  • Optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and budget allocation for performance.
  • Monitor analytics and provide performance reports.
  • Work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in running Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Knowledge of audience behavior and ad performance in the Middle East region.
  • Ability to work remotely and bill on an hourly basis.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.


Contract Terms

  • Remote role, hourly engagement.
  • Short-term, execution-driven role — focused on campaign delivery and optimization.
