Your Role Will Include: ·        Space planning and layout design, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics. ·        Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software and tools. ·        Preparation of design presentations for clients, including 2D and 3D visualizations. ·        Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board ) ·        Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations ·        Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations ·        Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects ·        Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts ·        Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of design plans. ·        Site visits and assessments as needed to monitor progress and quality of work. What we are looking and expect from you ·        Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Diploma in Interior Design ·        Soft Skills : Demonstrable presentation with a attention to details and materials . Good Client presentation relations skills ·        Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Good Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray /Lumion/3d Max is a must . Process of Applying A.
