Role Overview :

We are seeking a Product Lead to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, user empathy, and technical understanding to build and scale innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure seamless product development and market fit.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap :

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine product direction.

Product Development & Execution :

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to build scalable and user-friendly products.

- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for features.

User-Centric Approach :

- Gather user feedback, conduct research, and analyze data to improve the product experience.

- Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, and marketing) to align product initiatives.

- Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and key metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Performance Tracking & Iteration :

- Monitor product performance using analytics, KPIs, and customer insights.

- Iterate quickly based on data-driven insights and market feedback.

Key Requirements :

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in product management (preferably in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer tech). Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.

Skills & Expertise :

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, UX/UI principles, and analytics tools.

- Ability to define product metrics, conduct A/B tests, and interpret data-driven insights.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
