Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a JAMF Consultant at FlairDeck in Mumbai.
The JAMF Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing and implementing JAMF solutions, providing technical support, and assisting in the configuration and deployment of Apple devices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain JAMF Pro server and its configurations.
- Create and deploy policies to enforce security standards and software updates.
- Configure device enrollment profiles for various Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, Macs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JAMF and Apple devices.
- Deploy and manage Apple devices using JAMF Pro.
- Configure device settings, restrictions, and security policies.
- Deploy software updates and applications to devices.
- Manage device inventory and user accounts.
- Provide technical support to users regarding Apple devices and JAMF-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Assist with user account management and password resets.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of JAMF projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate JAMF solutions with other systems.
- Document processes and procedures related to JAMF administration and device management.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in JAMF Pro administration and Apple device management.
- Strong understanding of Apple device configuration and deployment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in JAMF or Apple technologies (preferred)
