Machine Operator :

Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs. Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality output. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.

Production Processes :

Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products. Follow production schedules and meet daily targets. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Quality Control :

Perform regular quality checks during production. Report defects or inconsistencies in products. Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.

Safety and Compliance :

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors. Shifts :7 AM to 3 PM3 PM to 11 PM11 PM to 7 AM Workweek : 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off Shift Allowance : ₹30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)
NOTE - Pan India Candidates can apply except UP & Bihar

Interviews : Online Medical Test : Mandatory post-selection

Requirements

Qualification : ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards) Age : 18-25 years Gender : Male & Female Health Requirements : Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.
