A.TREDS Limited (a group company of Axis Bank) is a national level online platform which facilitates financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. TREDS is in the business of opening accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of Invoices and Bills of Exchange by way of Factoring and Reverse Factoring and provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time.

Invoicemart is an online receivable discounting platform for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers.

1.Driving a world-class fintech product development for the organization to create best-in-class products through continuous improvement, agility, and high efficiency.

2. Define, implement, and evolve a business strategy through technology research using data that will lead to the origination of new business services or advancement of existing businesses across Invoicemart.

3.Updating the technical competitiveness of existing products.

4. Development and execution of short- and long-term product roadmaps.

5. Introduction of new potential technologies.

6. Driving the development of the new generation products in line with market needs.

7. Foster individual, team, and organization growth, while maintaining a strong, inclusive, customer-focused culture. Facilitate rapid hiring and onboarding of dynamic, diverse engineering talent.

8. Create, communicate, and track key performance and delivery metrices on the efficiency of the Product Development team, and on the delivery of projects that drive critical business initiatives.
