For our Operations team in Falta, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Mechanic for our Repair& Maintenance department. About job: Repair & Maintenance Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines as per schedule. Monitor machine logs and operator feedback to identify and report anomalies. Ensure spare parts availability and stock accuracy in SAP. Carry out technical tasks such as welding, grinding, and gas cutting with proper safety measures and permits. Inspect lifting tools and perform modification jobs with innovative solutions. Focus on maximizing machine availability and minimizing downtime. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to company rules, EHS procedures. Use PPE correctly and follow LOTO procedures. Participate in daily safety meetings and report EHS incidents. Support emergency response efforts including fire, rescue, and oil spill management. Regularly inspect safety equipment like harnesses and lifelines. Continuous Improvement (ABS Implementation): Apply 5S principles in the maintenance area and respond to audit findings. Engage in Kaizen and problem-solving initiatives. Conduct daily toolbox checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace. About you: Diploma in Mechanical engineering from any reputed engineering college/university. 8-10 years in any mid-sized manufacturing unit.
