We are Hiring for Avaloq Specialists & Release Manager


Sedha Consulting is expanding its team and looking for talented professionals to join us. If you’re passionate about Avaloq and software delivery, we’d love to hear from you.

We are hiring for the following positions:

Open Roles

  • Avaloq Developers – 5+ years’ experience
  • Avaloq Testers – 3+ years’ experience
  • Avaloq Business Analysts – 5+ years’ experience, Avaloq background preferred
  • Release Manager – 5+ years’ experience, Avaloq exposure preferred


What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Avaloq solutions.
  • Drive development, testing, analysis, and release processes in a structured environment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure smooth implementations, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in delivery processes, automation, and release governance.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Avaloq (mandatory for Developers & Testers; preferred for BAs & Release Managers).
  • Strong understanding of software development, testing, or release management lifecycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar workflow/project management tools is an advantage.
