About Job

We are seeking a Social Media Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets across multiple brands, including Instagram carousels and stories, YouTube thumbnails, email graphics, and other digital content.

This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a designer who is highly creative, organized, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging Instagram content including carousels, reels covers, and story graphics.
  • Create compelling YouTube thumbnails optimized for performance and click-through.
  • Develop visually cohesive email marketing graphics, such as headers and promotional banners.
  • Translate briefs or high-level concepts into polished, on-brand designs with minimal direction.
  • Maintain consistent branding across multiple brands with distinct aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to repurpose photos, videos, and short-form content into graphics.
  • Stay up to date with social media design trends and platform requirements.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social media.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or Figma.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to write concise, engaging copy for graphics when needed.
  • Solid understanding of design requirements across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, email).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing for reels and stories.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.G., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics to inform creative decisions.
