Job Title: Coding, Practical AI & Robotics Instructor (On-Site | Chandigarh)Company: StepToStemLocation: Chandigarh (On-site school assignment)Experience Required: Minimum 2 yearsAbout the RoleStepToStem is hiring an experienced educator to lead coding, practical AI, and robotics for students in Grades 6–12 at a partner school in Chandigarh.ResponsibilitiesTeach coding (Scratch/Blockly, Python, C/C++) across Grades 6–12Deliver hands-on, project-based practical AI sessions for Grades 9–12Conduct engaging robotics sessions using Arduino, PCB circuits, sensors, microcontrollers, and electronicsIntroduce new robotics concepts and advanced builds using existing equipmentBuild and guide students through IoT, automation, and hardware-based projectsTroubleshoot classroom hardware/software issues quicklyPrepare project modules, lesson plans, and progress reportsSupport school exhibitions, competitions, and innovation eventsCoordinate with existing AI and robotics faculty for seamless integrationRequired SkillsMinimum 3 years of teaching or lab experience in schools/EdTechStrong knowledge of robotics, electronics, sensors, and microcontrollers (Arduino/ESP32 preferred)Hands-on experience in drone building, flight controllers, and calibrationProficiency in AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and AI toolsCoding skills: Python, C/C++, and block-based coding (Scratch/Blockly)Understanding of IoT architectures, cloud platforms, and basic API usageExperience with AR tech (Unity, WebAR, or similar) is a plusAbility to diagnose and solve hardware and software issues rapidlyStrong communication and classroom management abilitiesCompensationRs 27,000 per month (full-time)Job TypeOn-site, full-time (after trial)Location: Chandigarh
