We are looking for a highly skilled IT Network & Operations Manager with a strong background in network infrastructure, IT operations, and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT services, managing network infrastructure, leading IT projects, and driving operational efficiency.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Operations & Service Management:


•Lead day-to-day IT operations, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient IT service delivery.


•Develop and enforce IT policies, compliance, and security best practices.


•Manage IT infrastructure, servers, storage, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).


•Ensure IT asset management, licensing, and vendor coordination.


•Oversee backup & disaster recovery strategies and IT risk assessments.

2. Network Infrastructure Management:


•Design, implement, and maintain network architecture, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and cloud networking.


•Manage network security, firewalls, load balancers, and traffic optimization.


•Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring high availability and uptime.


•Oversee network upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies.

3. IT Project Management:


•Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects.


•Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.


•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business goals.


•Implement automation and optimization strategies to enhance IT efficiency.

4. Security & Compliance:


•Implement and maintain network security policies, firewalls, endpoint security, and DLP solutions.

5. Team Leadership & Vendor Management:


•Lead and mentor IT support and network teams.


•Work with external vendors, ISPs, and service providers to optimize IT services.


•Develop IT performance metrics and reporting dashboards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, PMP, (Any) Technical Skills:


•Networking: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, BGP, OSPF.


•IT Operations: Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Virtualization, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).


•Security: Firewall management, SOC, SIEM, DLP, IAM solutions.


•Project Management: Agile, Waterfall, ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
