Should be open to work US hours. What You’ll DoOwn the performance marketing strategy & execution across Meta, Google, and emerging platformsAnalyze creative performance and guide the design/content teams with data-backed insightsLead experimentation with ad formats, audience segments, and creative approachesBuild performance dashboards and translate metrics into meaningful business outcomesCollaborate with client strategy and growth teams to optimize budgets and drive ROASStay ahead of the curve on ad tech, attribution, and creative optimization trendsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media strategyProven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics toolsStrong understanding of creative optimization, audience strategy, and conversion funnelsA mix of data-driven and creative thinkingExperience leading small teams or managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
