Transparency, accuracy, and trust are central to how we operate — for both businesses and talent.As global transformation programmes accelerate, Fintribe provides the infrastructure and expertise that allow organisations to expand efficiently, compliantly, and without friction.Role DescriptionWe are hiring SAP S/4HANA Consultants and Leads for full-time, on-site roles in India to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and delivery programmes.This role involves analysing business processes, designing scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions, and contributing to end-to-end implementations across complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust SAP designs and ensure successful delivery across implementation, rollout, and stabilisation phases.Depending on experience and module specialisation, responsibilities may include:Leading or contributing to SAP S/4HANA implementations and rolloutsBusiness process analysis, solution design, and configurationAdvising on system enhancements, optimisations, and best practicesSupporting data readiness, cutover, and deployment activitiesCollaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutionsEnsuring alignment between SAP solutions and business objectivesProviding guidance through testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live supportThis opportunity suits professionals who are hands-on, delivery-focused, and comfortable working in structured, enterprise-scale SAP programmes.Required Skills & ExperienceWe are open to candidates across multiple SAP S/4HANA modules, including but not limited to:SAP SD / OTCSAP MM / Sourcing / P2PSAP FICO / CO / FSCMSAP QM / PP / PPQMSAP IBP (Response & Supply)SAP Cutover / DeploymentSAP ABAP for HANA / Technical rolesSAP CPI / IntegrationSAP SuccessFactors (ECP)Core requirements:6–12+ years of SAP experience (role and module dependent)Hands-on SAP S/4HANA project experienceExperience in at least one full implementation or rolloutStrong business process analysis and solutioning capabilityExperience working in enterprise or multi-client environmentsAbility to collaborate with technical and functional teamsStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAdditional advantages:Experience working on transformation or migration programmesExposure to data management, integration, or cutover activitiesUnderstanding of compliance-driven delivery environmentsExperience working in structured, governance-led SAP programmesQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related disciplineSAP S/4HANA certification(s) are beneficial but not mandatoryPrior consulting or large programme delivery experience is highly valuedLocation & EngagementLocation: India (PAN India / on-site depending on role)Engagement: Full-time / Contract (role dependent)Immediate availability preferred📩 How to ApplyApply via or email your CV to talent@fintribes.com for fast review.Suitable candidates will be contacted directly.
