About Inventustry

Overview

  • A CAD operator is responsible for creating, modifying, and updating technical drawings and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • A CAD operator works under the supervision of a senior engineer and assists in daily tasks such as drafting, design, documentation, and quality control.
  • A CAD operator must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities

  • Support the senior engineer in creating and revising drawings and renderings for various engineering projects.
  • Use Autodesk Inventor suite, including Inventor, AutoCAD, Fusion, and other software, to produce high-quality and accurate drawings and renderings.
  • Follow the engineering standards, specifications, and guidelines for drafting and design.
  • Ensure the drawings and renderings are consistent, clear, and complete.
  • Perform quality checks and revisions as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the senior engineer and other team members.
  • Manage and organize the files and documents related to the drawings and renderings.


Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience as a CAD operator or a similar role in the engineering field.
  • A diploma or certificate in CAD, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Inventor suite, including Inventor, AutoCAD, Fusion, and other software.
  • Knowledgeable in business English, technical English, and engineering terminology.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to adjust to the project needs.
  • A high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer system.
  • A strong commitment to confidentiality and respect for sensitive information. Able to handle confidential data with discretion and professionalism.
