HiI hope you're doing well.Urgent Requirement for the position of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - EC payroll with time offRole: SAP EC Payroll ConsultantExperience: 8+ YearsLocation: Remote (Travel as needed based on business requirements - Chennai or Bangalore)Certification: EC Certification, Time off Certification RequiredEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) Consultant with hands-on expertise in Time Off, Payroll configuration, and end-to-end system integrations. This role requires a strong functional and technical understanding of SuccessFactors Payroll, along with proven experience in global implementations and support environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ECP payroll configuration, testing, and deployment activities.Configure Employee Central Time Off, including Time Types, Time Accounts, Time Profiles & Work Schedules.Work closely with Employee Central Core HR data models and integration touchpoints.Analyze payroll issues, perform corrections, and support payroll cycles.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrations with SAP HCM / S4 / APIs / Middlewares.Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and cutover plans.Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.Required Skills & Experience✅ 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with deep knowledge of EC Payroll✅ Hands-on expertise with Time Off configuration & payroll rules✅ Strong understanding of Payroll schemas, PCRs, Gross-to-Net calculations, and compliance✅ Proven experience in full lifecycle implementation & support projects✅ Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and work independently✅ SuccessFactors Certification is mandatory✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills📩 Interested candidates can apply/DM or share profiles at ruchika@infospeedinc.com
