Title:

Deputy Manager - Learning & Development

Responsibilities :This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Trainer and Deputy Manager L&D at Matrimony.com Ltd, located in Chennai. The Corporate Trainer and Deputy Manager L&D will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring managerial/ leadership and sales enablement training programs. The role holder will also be responsible for assessing training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and measuring ROI. The ability to understand the requirements of each business vertical and design, curate and deliver customized and focused learning interventions would be a mandate.

Skills Required:6 to 10 years of experience

in designing and developing content - Managerial and leadership interventions for mid-management.Experience in designing and facilitating Sales enabling training interventions.Strong presentation and facilitation skillsImpactful Executive PresenceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and planning skillsExperience in learning management systems.Exposure to contemporary learning practices

Qualification:Master's degree in business, Human Resources, or related fieldsProfessional certifications in training and development or human resources is a plus
