Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong background in the Life Sciences & Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will lead technical solutioning, ensure architectural best practices, and provide oversight to the development team. This role requires expertise in Life Sciences Cloud and Experience Cloud, along with the ability to collaborate with client stakeholders and onshore architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical architecture and solution design discussions with clients and onshore teams.
  • Define and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals in the Life Sciences & Healthcare domain.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams during project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, standards, and governance.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Support integration of Salesforce with external systems and platforms within the LSHC ecosystem.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and solution validation to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 9–12 years of overall Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years as an Architect.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end solutioning and architecture discussions.
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry (mandatory).
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and security models.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Architect-level certifications (Application/System Architect, CTA).
  • Prior experience in patient services, pharma, or healthcare-related processes.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
