Immediately Hiring for HODs/ Associate Professors for the College of Allied Health Sciences.

Position Description: As a Principal of Allied Health Science, you will support the department in delivering high-quality education, conducting research, and fulfilling administrative duties. The role involves teaching, mentoring students, academic and administrative leadership and management. The role involves strategic planning, academic leadership, and fostering a culture of excellence in education and research.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Allied Health Sciences is a must.
  • PhD is Preferred.
  • Minimum10 to 13 years of experience in academics and administrative roles
  • Experience with RGUHS is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures and practical sessions for undergraduate students, ensuring high standards of teaching.
  • Assist in the development and review of curriculum and course content to ensure it meets academic standards and industry requirements.
  • Engage in research activities, publish findings in reputable journals, and present at conferences and seminars.
  • Mentor and guide faculties and students in their academic and clinical work, including supervising research projects and theses.
  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the college, ensuring alignment with the institution's mission and vision.
  • Ensure the highest standards of academic excellence and integrity across all programs and activities.
