The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting medical images such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and other imaging modalities to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. This role requires clinical precision, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to work closely with physicians and technicians. Key Responsibilities:Clinical Care:·       Review and interpret diagnostic imaging results (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, etc.)·       Generate accurate, clear, and timely radiology reports for referring physicians·       Collaborate with clinicians to provide diagnostic support and recommend further investigations when necessary·       Supervise and guide radiologic technologists and ensure image quality and protocol compliance·       Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and continuous improvement initiatives·       Ensure patient safety and radiation protection standards are maintained·       Maintain records and adhere to institutional policies, medical ethics, and regulatory standards (e.g., AERB, NABH, PCPNDT)·       Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to clinical case discussions·       Stay updated with the latest developments in radiological technologies and best practicesQualification·       MBBS with MD/DNB/DMRD in Radiology from a recognized institution·       Valid registration with the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council·       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a clinical radiology setting (post PG) preferred·       Proficient in reporting across all imaging modalities·       Good communication and collaborative skills·       Strong diagnostic acumen and attention to detailWhat We OfferA leadership opportunity in a growing primary care networkIn-house support from diagnostics, pharmacy, radiology, and administrative teamsA collaborative team culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvementWe offer you an excellent opportunity to build your own practice and take the lead in developing and heading the department.
