The Manager, Chief of Staff – Growth & Strategy Office (CGSO) will collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff (CoS) to support the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer (CGO) and the executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Project & Program Support: Work closely with the Chief of Staff to help manage and track the execution of key growth strategies and initiatives across the organization.
- Operational Coordination & Process Improvement: Ensure smooth operational processes within the CGSO and Growth Markets IMU by tracking progress against strategic goals and assisting in problem-solving to remove roadblocks.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, senior leadership, and business units to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on strategic priorities.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct secondary research on market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to support strategic decisions.
- Project Monitoring & Follow-Up: Lead the coordination and follow-up of key action items from executive meetings, ensuring accountability and timely execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the Chief of Staff and other departments to ensure that key initiatives are progressing as planned.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to present complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to navigate complex projects and provide solutions-oriented approach.
- Degree: Master's in business administration, Strategy, or a related field from a top-tier B-School.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, program management, or a similar role.
