You'll support the Investment Lending Manager by managing loan documentation, data accuracy, compliance, and communication with lenders. This is a non-client-facing role focused on backend support for Australian property investment loans.Key Responsibilities:Loan Application SupportPrepare and process loan applications from pre-submission to settlementInput and verify data in Infinity, HubSpot, and Apply Online (AOL)Assist in collecting and reviewing client documents for complianceDocument & Data ManagementMaintain organised and compliant digital files in Google Drive and CRMCross-check data across Infinity, AOL, and other platforms for accuracyPrepare SOCA, AOL forms, and lender-specific documentsLender CoordinationSubmit applications via AOL with broker consentOrder property valuations, pricing assessments, and credit checksRespond to lender MIRs and follow up on pending requirementsLoan Progress TrackingUpdate stakeholders on loan status and next stepsEnsure documentation is ready for handover to the Settlement TeamWork closely with the Senior Loan Associate and Lending ManagerTeam CollaborationCollaborate with Lending Managers and internal teamsJoin regular Zoom meetings and process improvement sessionsShare feedback and solutions to streamline workflowsKey Skills & Qualities:Strong understanding of lender policies and complianceHigh data entry accuracy and organisational skillsProven experience managing MIRs, valuations, and credit reviewsWillingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)Willingness to provide an NBI clearancePreferred:Experience with SMSF or complex loan typesBackground in property investment or broking environmentBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fieldTechnical Requirements:Windows 11 operating system or macOS 13+256GB Storage space - minimum8-16GB RAM - minimumDual Core CPU - minimumCamera: HD Webcam (720p)Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimumAbout UsOutsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
