Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Professional with 5+ years of proven experience in the Crumb Rubber Industry to join our team.

What we're looking for:

5+ years of relevant marketing experience in the Crumb Rubber Industry

Strong industry network and business development skills

Ability to drive growth and manage client relationships effectively

Preferred: Candidates currently working in the crumb rubber industry

Salary Range: ₹12 LPA – ₹18 LPA (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase market share in the crumb rubber sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Manage branding, product positioning, and business development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the crumb rubber industry (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of crumb rubber products, applications, and global markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
