Softude is looking for an experienced Module Lead with 8+ years of expertise in .NET technologies and a strong grasp of front-end technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 10+ developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. As a Module Lead, you will oversee both technical and operational aspects, while working closely with stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the development, design, and architecture of projects/modules using .NET technologies.

- Provide hands-on coding when necessary, ensuring best practices in software development.

Team Management :

- Manage and mentor a team of 10+ developers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

- Facilitate smooth collaboration between team members and other departments (i.e., QA, UI/UX, Business Analysts).

Front-end Integration :

- Oversee and ensure seamless integration between the back-end (built on .NET) and front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js).

- Ensure UI consistency, responsiveness, and optimal performance.

Project Delivery :

- Plan and execute project timelines, manage resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure code quality across the team.

Client Interaction :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

- Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical solutions during the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest trends in .NET, front-end technologies, and best practices.

- Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development and front-end technologies.

Primary skills :

.NET Technology Stack :

- .Strong experience in ASP.

- .NET, C#, .NET Core.

- Proficiency in MVC architecture, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and LINQ.

- Experience with .NET-based libraries and frameworks.

Front-End Technologies :

- Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks : Angular, React, or Vue.js.

- Experience in front-end HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript development.

- Expertise in building responsive and user-friendly UIs.

Database Management :

- Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL or other relational databases.

- Experience with writing optimised queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Team Leadership & Project Management :

- Proven ability to lead a team, mentor developers, and manage workloads.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing sprints and backlogs.

- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

Secondary skill :

Cloud Services :

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

- Basic understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control).

Version Control :

- Proficiency in Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket for source code management.

Security Best Practices :

- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and data encryption in web applications.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to resolve conflicts, foster collaboration, and ensure team motivation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
