The Role:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Skills Required:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with supply chain management software.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with application design and configuration.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8 years of experience with 5 Years of relevant experience.
  • BE, BTech, MCA or MBA is required
