We're looking for an experienced Payroll Ops Specialist to manage payroll, onboarding, and compliance across APAC & East Africa. If you have 6-9 years of expertise in payroll operations, audits, and HR compliance, we'd love to hear from you
Key Management (60%) - Handle end-to-end payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and compliance for APAC & East Africa.
HR Operations (40%) - Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, background verification, HR audits, and compliance.
Process Improvement - Ensure payroll accuracy, implement process enhancements, and manage international benefits.
Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, insurance, and finance.
What You Need:
- 6-9 years of experience in payroll & HR operations (APAC/East Africa preferred).
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong compliance, audit, and payroll software knowledge.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
