Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Maintain production equipment such as conveyors, robotic arms, welding machines, and assembly tools
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with plant standards
  • Support audits and inspections by preparing relevant documentation

Technical Support

  • Use diagnostic tools and instruments to identify faults
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve equipment issues
  • Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements

Inventory & Tools

  • Manage spare parts inventory and request replacements as needed
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and safety gear

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and industrial automation
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
  • Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and Kaizen practices
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns
