Hackathon enthusiasm and open-source contributions are strongly valued.ResponsibilitiesDevelop & Maintain AI Agents : Build Python-based LLM applications (Flask/FastAPI), harnessing frameworks like Hugging Face, spaCy, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.Prototype & Integrate ML Models : Quickly experiment with different machine learning models (anomaly detection, random forest, etc.) to find the best fit for each use case.Deploy Micro services : Implement containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, deploying on Azure/AWS/GCP with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with SRE and DevOps teams to design solutions that optimize Observability (Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana) and performance.Hackathon & Open-Source : Engage in hackathons or open-source initiatives, applying creativity to rapidly prototype and refine features.Tech Stack & SkillsCore : Python, LLM libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy), ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn), TDD (pytest), Docker, KubernetesCI/CD Tools : GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOpsBonus : Java, React, Observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana)Hackathon/Open-Source : Participation is a strong plus, demonstrating creativity and a competitive edgeQualificationsExperience : 0–5 years in software development , particularly AI/ML-based projectsSkills : Strong at Coding, Solid foundation in Python; familiarity with AI, ML, and LLM conceptsMindset : Comfortable iterating rapidly, pivoting quickly, and taking ownership in a fast-paced startupTeamwork : Excellent communication skills; self-driven with minimal supervisionWhat We ExpectGreat at Problem-Solving : A “figure it out and make it happen” mindsetAdaptability : Thrive in a lean environment where shifting priorities and quick pivots are commonEagerness to Learn : Stay current with AI/ML trends and keep pushing boundariesLooking to Differentiate Yourself?Peek at our LinkedIn posts - Latest Product Launch (https://lnkd.in/gdEGfzjC) and Industry Feature (https://bit.ly/4hHtEoR) to see how we’re pioneering multi-AI agent solutions for Observability.
