Position: Tech Lead .NET Full Stack Developer


Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead .NET Full Stack Developer with Angular (V10 +) and SQL experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will spend 80% of your time in hands-on development and 20% in management responsibilities. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients, leading a team of developers and testers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Development (80%)

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using .NET, Angular V10 +), SQL, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, ensuring best practices in software development.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and database schemas to support application functionality.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.


Management (20%)

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 + years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET, Angular V10 +), and SQL.
  • Proven experience leading development teams and managing projects in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
  • Experience in automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
