We’re looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer, Atlassian to help deliver the best technology experience
for everyone at client. As a key member of the IT team, this role will be instrumental in preparing our
company for the next phase of growth and scale. You’ll focus on honing how we work together in
Jira and Confluence, implementing thoughtful best practices that balance ease of use with a security-first
mindset.
In addition to owning the Atlassian experience, this role will contribute to bridging gaps in our collaboration
platforms, ensuring that we are extracting the most value from the tools they have to work with.
This role requires a strategic approach to system administration, automation and integration, and will have
great influence on the people, processes, and technologies at client.

● Own Client's Atlassian Experience, working to administer and refine how we use Jira and
Confluence where needed
● Work with end users to ensure Atlassian is flexible to support the enterprise
● Help define Client's “Operating System” by shaping how work gets done, ensuring our core
technologies support productivity and collaboration
● Identify gaps and shortcomings in our processes and procedures, and partner across functions to
deliver and drive adoption of smart and scalable solutions
● Create, develop, and maintain technical documentation with a high degree of operational rigor
● Help deliver a secure and exceptional technology experience
About you
Requirements:
● Strong self-starter, with experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment
● Administration of Atlassian applications required (1k+ users is a plus)
